Hardwood

Hardwood floors are a great choice under the right conditions. Nothing compares to the natural beauty, color, intricate graining and depth of shine of a real wood floor. Not only easy on the eye, hardwood floors tend to be warm underfoot too. Quality hardwood flooring is a big investment but will last a long time and add real value to your home.
Hardwood is timeless and completely authentic, and it comes in many colors, from nearly white to practically black and various warm shades of brown in between.
There are two types of wood floors available on the market today:
Solid Wood and Engineered Wood.   << (Click to see more Details)

Laminate

Laminate flooring offers the look of hardwood or stone flooring, but without the expense and required maintenance.  Laminate flooring usually is made from high-density fiber or wood particles, with a laminate overlay that is designed to look like wood or stone. A clear, hard layer is placed on top, giving the laminate floor its durability. Laminate flooring has become a popular way to update the look of a home.   The materials in laminate flooring are moisture resistant, but the floors can warp in high-moisture areas. It is not recommended for it to be installed in kitchens and bathrooms or other rooms that are exposed to heavy water or steam.

Tile

Ceramic tile is a popular choice for today’s homes. It is durable, easy to clean and gives rooms an upscale look. Ceramic tile is available in a number of sizes, shapes, textures and colors, and can match almost any decorating style. Laying ceramic tile is a job that handy homeowners can do themselves with patience and a bit of guidance. However, mislaid or unevenly spaced tiles will look shabby and removing them will be a chore, so if you doubt your abilities leave the installation to a professional.
